Greetings,
Please accept my congratulations on this beautiful website. I hope it’s a labor of love. That’s what it looks like.
I’m working on a small academic article on the history of Midway during the DEW days, especially the efforts to mitigate the birdstrike problem. This is my labor of love. I was wondering if it would be possible to see who owned the rights to an image in the photo gallery > signs > https://www.midway-island.com/wp-content/uploads/10_MPH.jpg. It’s the photo of a chick next to a speed limit sign. And if anybody wanted to talk about Albatrosses in the 50s and 60s, I’d surely welcome a conversation. Just email me at krollgm@plattsburgh.edu. Thanks so much, gk
